In today’s LO Launch Letter, I am going to share something near and dear to me that has helped me win the hearts of a lot of people around me.

It’s something I assign ALL our entire community of incredible Loan Officer students to complete every November and/or December.

‍

And after they complete it, the common reply is always: 

‍

“Wow, that was a massively impactful exercise, thank you for assigning that” 

‍

And I am going to share it with you today, but give me two more minutes of your attention (please). 

‍

All of you want to be more known, more liked, and more trusted. No doubt. 

‍

However, the real leap is being more LOVED. 

‍

And showing love takes intentionality.

 

That’s why, every year, I challenge our entire GO! Community to slow down, zoom out, and intentionally pour love into the people who have impacted their life and business.

‍

Not through selling.
Not through asking.
But through pure gratitude.

‍

Because when you lead with gratitude, you don’t just become known, liked, and trusted…you become remembered.

‍

And that is the single greatest competitive advantage in a relationship-driven business.

‍

So today, I want to give you the exact tool our students use to complete this exercise:

‍

A simple but powerful resource called the Love Generation Tracker. 

‍

It will guide you through 50 spontaneous gratitude calls using a suggested script that has changed relationships, reactivated dormant partners, and opened doors you didn’t even know were there.

‍

Start with a few people internally: loan processors, underwriters, closers, etc. 

‍

And then move to people externally: active leads, active preapproved buyers, closed borrowers, active and stagnate Agents, etc. 

‍

Use it.
Feel it.
Watch what happens next.
