[HOW TO] Run a successful webinar & walk away with clients

[HOW TO] Run a successful webinar & walk away with clients

As an ambitious Modern Loan Advisor, you've got to stay on the lookout for unique and impactful strategies that will not only scale your business…

‍

…but also set you apart in this competitive industry.

‍

Today, I'm going to let you in on a secret that has transformed the way many professionals engage with their prospects:

‍

Webinars.

‍

You may have even been to some of mine in the past so trust me when I say that the power of online webinars and workshops is undeniable.

‍

The world is becoming more digital by the day, after all.

‍

But how can this medium benefit an Modern Loan Advisors like you who’s trying to reach clients? Let’s dive in.

‍

Educate to Dominate 🎓

‍

When potential homeowners start their journey, the mortgage process can seem like an intricate maze.

‍

Through webinars, you have the chance to demystify this process.

‍

From explaining loan types to providing tips on improving credit scores, your content can guide attendees through every step.

‍

Establishing Authority 💼

‍

By offering insights, advice, and expertise in a structured format, you position yourself as an industry authority. And when individuals think of mortgages, you'll be top of mind.

‍

Lead Generation 🎣

‍

Free webinars and workshops can be an excellent lead magnet. While attendees benefit from the invaluable content you share, in return, you capture their contact information. It's a win-win.

‍

Building Partnerships 🤝

‍

Consider co-hosting webinars with Real Estate agents or even financial planners. Collaborations like this can expand your reach, offer diverse insights to attendees, and foster essential business relationships.

‍

Staying Top of Mind 🧠

‍

Regularly hosting webinars means you are always in front of your potential clients. Even if they're not ready to make a move right away, when the time comes, they'll remember the Loan Officer who taught them everything they know.

‍

So, FNAME, ready to tap into the power of webinars and workshops?

‍

Here are your action steps for today:

  1. Select a relevant topic and outline talking points you could talk through on a webinar (thinks seasonal too, the holidays are a great time to target people’s concerns)
  2. Pick a date & time (I like running them on Tuesdays) and schedule a Zoom event
  3. Start promoting to your audience via social and your email list. You might not start out with 5,000 people attending, but keep at it. Build and they shall come!

‍

Oh, and send me an invite to your webinar when you launch it. I want to cheer you on from the stands.

‍

P.S. I may be hosting one more webinar before the new year, so keep an eye out for an exclusive invite – it’s gonna be a valuable one…
