Right now, I’m at GrowthCon.

And if I’m being honest with you, it almost didn’t happen.

Because when you’re buried under a million other priorities, beating deadlines, and trying to keep the machine running…

It’s easy to convince yourself you’re "too busy" to step away.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

The biggest shifts in your career don’t happen when you’re grinding behind your desk.

‍

Or in other words:

“The person that works all day has no time to make money.” - John D. Rockefeller. 

‍

BIG shifts happen in the rooms you step into on purpose.

‍

Rooms where the conversations are bigger than the problems.

‍

Rooms where you’re surrounded by people who force you to level up…

‍

Not because they’re yelling at you to do so, but because they’re quietly setting a higher bar.

‍

Rooms where you realize you’re playing smaller than you thought... 

‍

And get you fired up to change it.

‍

Being here reminds me:

‍

Growth doesn’t happen by default.

‍

Growth happens by design.

‍

You make a choice to be uncomfortable.

‍

You make a choice to be stretched.

‍

You make a choice to invest time, money, and energy into a future version of yourself most people can’t even see yet.

‍

Find your next conversation that makes you think bigger.

Find your next uncomfortable investment in you becoming bigger.
