Your 2024 resolutions are BS 💩

Hate to break it to you, but your resolutions are probably complete BS 🤷

I know this first hand.

You can write out all your goals in your phone, in a notebook, on a whiteboard, stitched on a pillow…

‍

You could even get it tattooed across your forehead and it still wouldn’t hold any weight. 

‍

Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t have goals – but goals without a tangible action plan to back them up are pretty useless.

‍

So instead of new year's resolutions…

I encourage you to  focus on making new year’s game plans. 

‍
